Frequently Asked Question - Payments

Certain countries may have exclusive payment methods such as Konbini, Boleto, AliPay, etc. However, most major payment methods are supported for every country. We specially provide Stripe for aggregate payments and afterpay service for your convenience.

You may only change the billing address information for a saved payment method. To update the expiration date or name on the card, simply delete the saved credit card and proceed to place a new order using the new card. If you check the box, ‘Save credit card for future purchases,‘ the new card will be saved for future purchases once you place the order.

For third party payment providers (Apple Pay, PayPal, Stripes, etc.) we do not store any payment information. Please check with the third party payment provider to save, edit or remove this payment information.

The currency you’re charged in depends on the currency selected while shopping with us. Make sure the correct currency is selected before placing your order.

For desktop or laptop devices, you can check or change your order currency by selecting the Country/Language/Currency located at the top right corner of the home page.

If you do not verify your order within 48 hours by providing us with your authorization amount and currency or authorization code, your order will be canceled. If this occurs, we will void the pending transaction, and the funds should return to the financial account associated with the order payment in 7-10 days. If you used certain 3rd party payment providers, you will be refunded in Rewards Credit (store credit).
